Muchos de estos ni\u00f1os presentan da\u00f1o cerebral adquirido, precisan neurorrehabilitaci\u00f3n y no siempre pueden acceder a ella. <\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Se ha estimado que la incidencia del DCA infantil es de al menos <strong>250 ni\u00f1os\/ni\u00f1as por cada 100.000 al a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000080;\">En la actualidad en Espa\u00f1a no existe ning\u00fan centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico espec\u00edfico para la atenci\u00f3n al DCA infantil, que garantice la continuidad rehabilitadora y el seguimiento (imprescindible seg\u00fan van necesitando funciones cognitivas superiores y que est\u00e1n alteradas)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Por todo ello, el DCA infantil es una realidad social y sanitaria de primer orden que requiere de necesidades sanitarias, educativas y sociales que exceden los recursos disponibles.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;
